Time and Dates and Weeks (continued)

You can also add decimal seconds to the short and the longest time formats where the decimal seconds are separated from the seconds by a period (.):
16:38:12.75 short time format with decimal seconds
2005-06-16 16:38:56.172 longest time format with decimal seconds

You don't normally specify a timezone because the timezone is always UTC. If you specify UTC as timezone then add it to one of the other time formats separated by a single space ( ):
   16:41:44 UTC
   2005-06-16 16:42 UTC

The week numbering is following the ISO         where the first week in a year it the one with the first Thursday in a year.

The date and time formats are based on ISO.

The week days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday where Monday is the first day of the week and Sunday is the last day. The week days are equal so they are all working days unless it is a national or religous holiday.
